Harlan Morgan, a trailblazer in the construction industry, is the visionary founder and Chief Executive Officer of The H Morgan Group Inc., a company he established in 2017. With an illustrious career spanning over 30 years, Harlan has earned a reputation as a dynamic leader and innovator, driving the success of his company with unwavering determination.
Harlan's journey began with a passion for construction and a commitment to excellence. In 2017, he founded The H Morgan Group Inc., a commercial and residential real estate construction company, where he assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer.
Under Harlan's transformative leadership, The H Morgan Group Inc. has flourished, establishing itself as a prominent player in the construction sector. Harlan's strategic vision and innovative approach have propelled the company to bid, win, and successfully complete a multitude of commercial projects in Los Angeles County. Additionally, the company consistently thrives in the design, rehabilitation, and profitable sale of residential properties in Southern California.
Harlan's entrepreneurial spirit is exemplified not only in the growth of The H Morgan Group Inc. but also in strategic partnerships forged during collaborations on several Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) projects in Los Angeles. Charles Bias is a proud former United States Marine that serves as the Chief Financial Officer at The H Morgan Group Inc.
With a distinguished career spanning 14 years in the financial realm of the construction industry, Charles is a seasoned professional renowned for steering fiscal strategies to unprecedented success. As the Chief Financial Officer at The H Morgan Group Inc., Charles plays a pivotal role in driving financial excellence and ensuring the company's financial health aligns seamlessly with its strategic objectives.
Charles' journey in finance commenced with a solid educational foundation with a BA Degree Business Management. Early in their career, he honed his financial acumen in diverse roles within the construction sector, accumulating invaluable experience in budgeting, financial analysis, risk management, and strategic financial planning.
In 2022, Charles assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer at The H Morgan Group Inc., bringing a dynamic and forward-thinking approach to financial management. He has been instrumental in implementing robust financial controls, optimizing budgeting processes, and spearheading initiatives that drive cost efficiencies while maintaining the highest standards of financial integrity. -
Director of Construction
Construction manager with a 20+ year record of success overseeing all phases of multi million-dollar construction,
infrastructure, superfund and environmental projects for government and private-sector clients. Experience includes
home improvements, asbestos abatements, tenant improvements, water damage mediation and restoration and variety
of other construction/demolition projects. -
Project Coordinator
Chayce Morgan pays close attention to details. He is a well-organized professional leader who coordinates projects at The H Morgan Inc.
His educational background in business management, statistics and finance gives credence to his proactive approach to balancing resources, identifying discrepancies, creating solutions, & improving processes. His experience as an exceptional athlete and leader in collegiate sports has been the foundation for proven success in coordinating the talent and skills of his team to produce excellent results. Chayce understands that strategic planning paves the way for efficient execution. His role as Project Coordinator allows him to partner with the Director of Construction and Project Manager to ensure production is timely and exceeds our clients’ expectations.

Founder, 25/8 Acquisition & Development LLC
As a second-generation builder/developer, William Hankins (William) is the founder of 25/8 Acquisition and Development LLC (25/8). William has more than 8 years of experience in the building/developing business under THF Development Group LLC and/or Ralph Harvey as well as 25/8 Acquisition and Development LLC.
25/8 specializes in the acquisition of single-family homes on double R1 lots suitable for the addition of accessory dwelling units (ADU’s). 25/8 operates as a full-service acquisition, design, entitlement and build company successfully delivering 2-6 unit properties that are sold for huge sales profits or immediate positive rental cash flow for their capital partners and themselves.
Williams’ use of the accessory dwelling unit law as a value-add tool and the successful completion of ADU projects dates back to 2010 when the law was known as the “Second Unit Dwelling Unit Law”. Today William Hankins and his partners have continued their success of obtaining the highest price per sqft with each ADU project sold. Williams’ future plans consist of building wealth by continuing to build 2-6 unit selling and also refinancing some of the projects to add to his personal portfolio and build rental income.
William also has plans to branch off into the commercial sector of development in the near future.
Currently, William and his partners have several projects under construction. They are developing a medical building in Los Alamitos California, 6 unit project in Woodland Hills California, 8 unit project in North Hollywood California, and just completed a 6 unit project in North Hollywood California.
